Kiran Reddy has 16+ years in various Finance and Operations leadership roles within distribution, manufacturing, HVAC, Water Heating, and Fortune 20 healthcare experience.

Most recently, Kiran was the VP of Operations North America at JMATEK, a global portable cooling company sold under the Honeywell brand, joining forces with the CEO to grow the business.

His background includes global P&L leadership for companies ranging from $50M-$4B+ annual revenues and boasts a modern leadership style focused on strategic decision making, cross functional collaboration, change management, and a hands on approach.

Prior to JMATEK, he was the Sr. Finance Manager and Global Finance Director at Rheem Water Heating where he was instrumental in re-establishing the financial reporting package, KPI tracking, setting strategic initiatives, implementing financial controls across functions, creating a robust business case process to justify investments, and helped grow the new product portfolio from $50M to $350M+ annual revenue.

Prior to JMATEK and Rheem, he spent 8+ yrs in healthcare at Fortune 20 companies Cardinal Health (in the Finance Leadership Program) and McKesson in various FP&A and finance operations roles. Lastly, he holds his Bachelor’s from Miami University (Ohio) and his MBA from Emory University.
